V.A.T.

Prices are exclusive of V.A.T. which will be charged at the prevailing rate at the date of invoice.

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

SAMPLES

Samples of products are available on request. All samples will be charged for at the standard rate plus postage and packing or carriage. Some fabric swatches can be supplied.

PAYMENT

Payment of all invoices shall be made, in full, not later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. In the event of default in payment 'The Company' reserves the right to demand payment of all monies outstanding and shall be entitled without prejudice to any other right or remedy to suspend all further deliveries without notice and to charge compound interest on any amount outstanding at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate in force at the time when payment was due until payment in full is received, whether before or after judgement has been entered. An administration fee of £100 will be levied in addition to any court fee incurred in the event of the Company taking legal proceedings to recover overdue accounts.

TITLE OF GOODS

Notwithstanding delivery, the property of the goods supplied shall not pass to 'The Customer' until all monies payable in respect of such goods have been paid. The risk shall pass to 'The Customer' upon delivery.

LIABILITY

All goods supplied by 'The Company' will be free from defects and suitable for the purpose for which they are required. No claim from the customer can be considered unless: (a) Where damage/defect or other breach of obligation or duty is apparent on inspection and a claim in writing is received by 'The Company' within 7 days of delivery. (b) Where the damage/defect or other breach of obligation or duty is not apparent on inspection, a claim in writing is received by 'The Company' within 10 days of delivery.

DELIVERY

The quoted delivery time is approximate. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from any reasonable delays for whatever reason.

NON-DELIVERY

We must be advised in writing within 14 days from the invoice date, otherwise neither we, nor the carriers, can be responsible for any loss.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES

Please do not give an unqualified signature for damaged packages. These must be notified to us, in writing, within three days.

RETURN OF GOODS

We will provide a full credit or replacement for goods with a manufacturing defect. Custom-made items, cut lengths and embroidered goods may not be returned.

CARRIAGE

On goods delivered by carrier or by post, carriage is charged at cost on all orders
