Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods due to a manufacturing defect, please return these goods to us within 14 days of purchase unused and in the original packaging. We will then have the goods examined by the manufacturer and a replacement will be provided.

This excludes custom-made items, cut lengths and embroidered goods which may not be returned.

In the interest of hygiene, goods may not be returned for any other reason than manufacturing defect.

Goods are not sold on approval.

Agreed returns MUST be returned unused, in original packaging and be fit for resale. Any returns which are marked, damaged, used or not in original packaging will not be refunded. * Please Note: Any bedding items which have been removed from original packaging are no longer hygienic so cannot be resold and therefore cannot be refunded.
