Sides to show denotes the number of pages of menus which can be included in a menu cover or menu holder. Pages are retained tightly inside the menu cover with clear plastic pockets, corner mounts or border frames. A cord insert is stretched across the spine of the menu cover and is fastened in place by a tag fixing and can retain four pages of menus back to back inside the clean plastic pockets
Based on the thickness of the spine and the style of fixing used there is a maximum number of sides to show. When using clear plastic pocket inserts the maximum is 24 sides, when using corner mounts the maximum is 8 sides to show and when using border frames the maximum is 4 sides
