Personalisation of your key tags or key fobs can be carried out in different ways. Your logo or design can be included using engraving, laser etching or with full colour printing. Your logo and information can be added to one side or both sides of your key tag. Key tags are supplied mostly with metal ring fixings, but some ranges include a leather tag fixing. Each range of key tags or key fobs has its own sizing

Most hotels and holiday accommodation providers still provide room keys on key tags, which may contain the hotel name, telephone number and in some cases emergency contact details. Using key tags is a standard practice in the hospitality industry to ensure guests have easy access to their rooms. Some hotels may use key cards but a physical key fob is more likely to be used for hotels, guest houses, B&B's and holiday cottages

Each of our key tag or keyring ranges has its own sizing and shapes. It is the choice of the customer which material, shape or size they use, depending on their hotel or premises. We supply our natural hardwood key tags in a chunky rectangular or round disc shape. Our metal printed key tags are supplied in round, oval and rectangle shapes. The Apollo wooden range is supplied in rectangle shape only but in two colours, dark and light wood. Our Forest wooden rectangle key tag is supplied in three wood colours, dark, light and grey finishes. There is a choice of three different shapes with our Merlin metal printed key fobs, rectangular, round and oval, with a choice of background colour in either brushed gold, brushed silver or white. Our durable acrylic key tags can be supplied in round, square or rectangle shapes. Our chunky solid wood key tags range has two shapes, rectangle and oval shapes, with a choice of dark or light wood finishes. For a strong durable key tag choose our clear acrylic range available in oval shape and two sizes of rectangle shape. We have an option available to suit almost all applications
Our key tags or key fobs have been designed with ease of maintenance in mind. Wooden key tags can be quickly and easily wiped clean using a damp soft cloth. To clean our clear acrylic, acrylic and leather effect key tags use a soft damp cloth. To clean a metal key tag you should use a very soft damp cloth to avoid scratching the metal finish. The use of chemical cleaning agents should be avoided. Routine maintenance will keep your key tags sanitised and fresh for your guests
We have a choice of wooden key tags to give a more established and rustic look that can add appeal to a hotel's unique identity. Each range of key fobs has its own production lead time. For the production of wooden, clear acrylic or leather effect key tags the lead time is usually 7-10 working days after approval of final artwork proof. Other ranges, larger quantities and bespoke designs can take up to 15 working days. For urgent orders we can offer express delivery times
Our recommendation is that a customer should order two key tag per room, which gives a spare set in case of damage or misplacement. Other hotels have ordered key tags with just their logo and no room number in case any of their keys go missing, then they can use a plain key tag as a replacement. Some hotels provide a second key for guests in addition to their main key. Keep in mind that if guests lose keys, you'll need to be able to replace them quickly
The usual details included on a key tag are the hotel name and the room number, which can be engraved or printed on one side or two sides of the key tag. Hotels often include their address and telephone number. Holiday sites and holiday cottages sometimes include emergency telephone numbers just in case of a guest emergency
